See who doesn't follow you back — without risking your account
Instagram doesn't show a “not following back” list, and third-party apps that promise one usually want your password. This page uses Instagram's own data download instead: request your Followers and following data in JSON format, drop the ZIP file here, and you instantly get the list of accounts you follow that don't follow you.
Step by step
- Instagram → Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
- Download or transfer information → your account → Some of your information → tick Followers and following.
- Download to device, date range All time, format JSON → Create files.
- When Instagram's email arrives, download the ZIP and drop it on this page.
Everything is processed in your browser; nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
