About this tool

See who doesn’t follow you back on Instagram — safely. Uses Instagram’s own data download, so there is no login, no password and nothing is uploaded. Instagram Unfollowers Tracker is part of WebToolNest's collection of free everyday utilities. It works instantly in your browser with no account and no installation.

Why this tracker never asks for your password

Most “unfollowers” apps ask you to log in with your Instagram password. That gives a stranger full access to your account, and Instagram regularly restricts or locks accounts that use them. This tracker works differently: it reads the copy of your followers and following lists that Instagram itself gives you through Download your information. You never log in here, and the file is read inside your browser — it is not uploaded.

What the three lists mean

• Don't follow you back — accounts you follow that don't follow you. This is the list most people want.
• You don't follow back — your followers that you don't follow (your “fans”).
• Mutual — you follow each other.

Each name links to the profile, so you can review and unfollow by hand. Lists can be searched, copied or saved as a CSV spreadsheet.

Good to know

• The results are a snapshot from the moment you requested the download. Request a fresh download to check again later.
• Brands, celebrities and creators rarely follow back — that's normal, not a sign of an unfollow.
• Unfollow slowly. Removing hundreds of accounts in a few minutes can trigger Instagram's limits; a few dozen per hour is safer.
